To drive the company''s growth and success in the European baking market by building strong relationships with industrial clients, developing and expanding accounts, and implementing strategic sales plans. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and R&D, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Responsabilities
- Customer and Account Management: establish strong relationships with industrial clients and develop and grow accounts;
- Strategic Sales Planning: develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company''s objectives in the baking European market;
- Technical Support: create value for customers by collaborating with the R&D&I department to develop new custom solutions;
- Market Expansion: conduct market research to identify and include new clients and participate in international fairs and events;
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with marketing, R&D, and other internal teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- University degree in Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field; specialization in cereal industries is an advantage;
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably within the cereals/ingredients area.
- Experience in the bakery and pastry sector is a plus;
- Organized, proactive, and accustomed to working towards objectives;
- Ability to leverage technical knowledge to build trust with customers;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
